WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Apricus means 'sunny, having lots of sunshine, filled by the sun,' and just as much as we need the sun outside, we believe that sunshine is important on the inside too. In 2020, Chef Josh Brown opened Apricus, a cosy spot where good food and family come together. Growing up in a big family, Josh knows the joy of sharing great meals and making lasting memories. That's what Apricus is all about. We want to serve up delicious food that makes you feel good inside, just like a sunny day does. Our staff are friendly, the meals are made with love, and we want every visit to be a special one.
